This seemed like a good project for right now. They're perfect for storing Face masks in. I also think it's a really nice way to learn a new skill. French seams are a traditional way of finishing seams. When you see the phrase 'finish the seam' it means to finish the cut edge of the fabric to stop it from fraying. There are lots of different types of seams, but I think this is a really good one for if you don't own an overlocker (serger) and you want a way to achieve a good finish on the inside of a garment without lining.
